1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between winbd ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the winbd website and all services, games, and features included within it.

3 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at winbd:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You may have only one active account in your name.
• You must not be on a list of persons banned by winbd.
• Your account has not previously been closed due to any fraudulent activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — wagering must be completed first.
• The games on which the bonus can be used will be specified on the platform.
• winbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

winbd offers weekly cashback across three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5%, Silver — up to 1.0%, and Gold — up to 1.5%. Members can advance to higher tiers based on gaming activity and overall participation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets at winbd are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of fairness and transparency. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. In the case of bets that are uncertain or incomplete due to server or technical errors, winbd will make a decision at its own discretion.

• Harassing or defrauding other members of the platform.
• Using bots, automated software, or any method to gain an artificial advantage.
• Registering with false identity or information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

winbd may temporarily or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Order from a court or authority.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time. A request to close the account must be submitted to the support team. Any funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
